We are seeking a skilled CRO and Data Specialist to join our dynamic ecommerce agency. In this role, you will be at the forefront of optimising our clients' ecommerce customer experience (CX) by managing, testing, and implementing key conversion points. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire end-to-end Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) process, which includes a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution across A/B testing and data analysis.
WIRO is an established Ecommerce Agency specialising in Shopify working with clients on a growth-basis. We’ve delivered HUNDREDS of sites, optimised to the CX best practices. However, we want to up our game with how we scale our clients’ growth. That’s where you come in! You’ll help us produce high yield roadmaps for our clients to best use their budgets effectively. As a small agency, your input will have a massive impact! Through working to deliver effective recommendations, you’ll build strong relationships with our clients and come up with ideas and initiatives that will feed directly into our design and development team.
