WIRO replaced an existing fragmented solution with a fully integrated Shopify build plan, aligned around four pillars: strategy, CX, performance, and scalability.
Discovery & Requirements Mapping
We began with a tailored discovery sprint that included:
- CX audit of existing concepts and market comparators.
- Technical requirements planning: support for subscriptions, time-slot delivery, warehousing, and regional payment gateways (e.g. Airwallex).
- SEO and localisation review, ensuring the IA and content plan would support Arabic and English audiences differently (rather than simple translation).
- Consolidation of previously siloed stakeholder documents (e.g. user personas, brand strategy, comparative brand analysis).
Wireframing & UX Design Strategy
Elevare’s core challenges were content density, user education, and multilingual UI complexity. Our wireframing solution directly addressed this by:
Componentised IA
We broke down content and commerce across modular page templates, prioritising:
- Shoppable Education Sections: Editorial blocks with embedded CTAs to drive product engagement (e.g. “Why use Magnesium?” → Product Grid).
- Split Language Navigation Models: Arabic UX designed from the ground up to reflect right-to-left reading logic, different content priorities, and buying behaviours.
- Flexible Category Hierarchy: Dynamic filters for product attributes (e.g. “gluten-free”, “organic”, “vegan”), with SEO-optimised landing pages for top queries (in both English and Arabic).
Wireframes Delivered in Figma
- We produced fully annotated wireframes for homepage, PLPs, PDPs, landing pages, checkout touchpoints, and CMS blocks.
- Each component was mapped to a UI logic note, e.g. “This card format is prioritised for mobile thumb zones” or “This expandable FAQ block supports SEO text without overwhelming UX.”
- We proposed 3 layout directions for brand visualisation, based on competitive analysis, and refined the preferred direction collaboratively.
