Delivering leading Loyalty Programme; Sisters and Seekers’ Cool Girl Community

Overview

Sisters and Seekers is an on-trend fashion brand known for its cohesive aesthetic, sisterhood empowerment and unique yet on trend designs. To further engage its loyal customer base, the brand sought to enhance its loyalty experience by launching the Cool Girl Community, a programme powered by LoyaltyLion. This initiative was designed to foster deeper connections with their audience while driving measurable business results.

Client Objectives

WIRO partnered with Sisters and Seekers to design, develop, and implement a bespoke loyalty programme experience that would resonate with their audience, and integrate seamlessly with existing systems; Shopify and Klaviyo.

Challenges

We faced several challenges such as:

  1. Creating an engaging and visually appealing loyalty page that aligns with the Sisters and Seekers aesthetic.
  2. Developing features to manage conditional tiers, such as a student-specific tier, and verifying eligibility dynamically.
  3. Ensuring seamless integration with Shopify, Klaviyo, and LoyaltyLion for a smooth customer experience.
WIRO's Approach & Process
1.  Student Tier Verification and Onboarding

To enable the conditional ‘Seekers Scholars’ tier:

  • Email Verification Script: Developed a script to validate student email addresses, ensuring they meet eligibility criteria (e.g., UNiDAYS registration).
  • Dynamic Flow Integration: Verified emails were added to a dedicated ‘student’ list in Klaviyo or assigned a Shopify tag. This triggered an automated double opt-in flow to confirm account activity.
  • Student Tier Enrolment: Once confirmed, accounts were automatically entered into the ‘Seekers Scholars’ tier within LoyaltyLion, enabling access to exclusive rewards and benefits.

2. Dedicated Student Discount Page

Replaced the existing Student Beans page with a custom-designed student discount webpage:

  • Brand-Aligned Design: Styled to match the Cool Girl Community’s loyalty programme assets, maintaining consistency in branding.
  • Seamless User Experience: Created a clean, intuitive layout that allowed students to easily access and redeem their discounts.

3. Cool Girl Community Loyalty Page

A highlight of the project was the creation of a loyalty page that immerses customers in the Sisters and Seekers’ world:

  • Gamified Interface: Inspired by the Sims, the page features a visual ‘Seekers Town’ where customers’ progress is represented by a road that they travel through as they earn points.
  • Dynamic Progress Tracker: Developed a slider that ‘fills’ as customers gain points, visually showing progress and unlocking new tiers (‘Juveniles,’ ‘Citizens,’ ‘Seniors,’ ‘Elites’).
  • Landmark Elements: Integrated thematic landmarks along the road to enhance engagement and reinforce the community’s branding.
  • Custom Illustrations: Used custom-designed graphics to ensure a cohesive and unique aesthetic.

4. LoyaltyLion Integration

To maximise functionality and user engagement:

  • Rewards System: Enabled customers to earn points for exploring collections, making purchases, and engaging with the brand.
  • Redemption Flow: Simplified the redemption process, allowing points to be exchanged for vouchers or coupon codes usable at checkout.
  • Data Syncing: Ensured seamless integration with Shopify and Klaviyo, automating customer segmentation and communications.
Results
  1. Rapid Community Growth: Nearly 95,000 new members joined the Cool Girl Community within six months of launch.
  2. Increased Engagement: Over 300,000 loyalty activities were completed by members, showcasing high engagement.
  3. Enhanced Brand Identity: The gamified design and stylised community concept reinforced Sisters and Seekers’ position as a trendsetter in the fashion space.
  4. Seamless Operations: Automated processes streamlined student tier verification, communication flows, and reward management.
