THE BRAND
Aaron Wallace was created by an expert barber in London who saw the need for good quality, natural hair and skin care products, for black men. Their formulations nourish hair for a noticeably softer touch whilst the caffeine extract boosts follicle production for improved growth. Aaron Wallace's customers are black men with afro-textured hair. When visiting the site, they are looking for natural hair and skin care products, with a specific focus on growing healthier and fuller beards.
CRITERIA
The client had a historic site on WooCommerce, looking to migrate to Shopify, however they didn't have the knowledge to do so. They required expert knowledge in migrating customer information and data (such as orders, subscriptions, customer information) to ensure no data was lost in the transition. Whilst the client was happy with the brand application, the sites CX needed improving to ensure a clearer user journey and flow from finding the product, adding to cart and checking out.


To maximize Aaron Wallace's growth potential, we implemented several solutions:
